About the role:
You are in direct contact with our customers and you help them with all their questions about reporting and (automated) interfaces (import/export). These reports and interfaces are made within our own reporting tool, which is supplemented with scripting in VBA/VBS.

• As a second line support agent you will help our customers by telephone and mail with their questions about Protime reports and interfaces.
• You will build up knowledge and experience within the various possibilities of our reporting tool.
• You build a relationship of trust with your customer contacts.
• You answer questions about the use of our reporting tool (both by phone and by e-mail).
• You advise your clients on optimizing their reporting and interfaces (both by phone and email).
• You will build an internal network and work closely with our internal customer experts (obtaining advice, providing leads, passing on information, clarifying the needs of your customer portfolio, etc.).
• You will analyse requests for new reports and build them.
