SD Worx Nordics is dedicated to driving efficiency, innovation, and business growth. We are seeking an Improvement Manager to lead key initiatives that enhance operations, streamline automation, and identify new business opportunities.

Role Overview:

The Improvement Manager plays a crucial role in improving operational efficiency, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing impactful solutions. As a member of the SD Worx Nordics Management Team, you will lead by example and ensure compliance with company policies and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-border initiatives and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee automation and internal tooling projects.
• Act as the interface between Nordic operations and IT/system owners.
• Translate business needs into system requirements.
• Maintain training, documentation, and coordination for support systems.
• Own and optimize key operational tools (ServiceNow, MyServicePoint, Talkdesk, Kantata, etc.).
• Represent SD Worx Nordics in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and recommend business growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Improve internal and external processes.
• Address and resolve customer dissatisfaction.
  

Who You Are:

•  Degree from a relevant field, MBA or leadership training.
• 10+ years of work experience, with 5+ years in management, consulting, or technical project leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management abilities.
• Tech-savvy, experience with budgeting, Lean/Opex, and operational tools.
• Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple teams and functions.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
