This is what you will do

You help our customers with their needs regarding interfaces and reporting. 

How will you do that? 

• You ensure that our software communicates perfectly with other systems (e.g., payroll package social secretariat, HR, and ERP systems). You map out which links and interfaces are needed and are responsible for writing and testing those interfaces. 
• You assist our customers with their reporting needs. You translate the customer’s needs into (custom) reports using our own reporting tool. 
• You regularly communicate about both matters with all involved parties, both technical and non-technical, internally (colleagues) and externally (customers). 
• You analyze new requests, their urgency, and complexity. You ensure that incidents are resolved in the most efficient way.

This is you?

• You have a basic knowledge of an object-oriented programming language. 
• You are looking for a job where you can combine your technical skills with your communication skills. 
• You can explain things clearly and concisely thanks to your service-oriented mindset. 
• You have a well-developed analytical and logical thinking ability and are a real problem solver. 
• You can communicate smoothly in Dutch and English. 
• You live in or near Barcelona and have all necessary legal documents to work in Barcelona (NIE number, social security number, etc.).
