About the position

We are looking for a result-oriented and creative person to be responsible for SEM and paid advertising. The role involves responsibility for planning, executing and optimizing advertising strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.

Your workplace will be in Malaga, Spain, but you will be an important part of our marketing team in Norway and work closely with the Head of Marketing and the marketing team in Oslo.

Tasks and responsibilities

Ensure good results within SEM: Optimize search engine marketing to achieve high visibility, engagement and conversions.

Responsibility for paid advertising: Design, set up, manage and analyze campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta platforms and LinkedIn.

Further develop advertising strategies: Ensure we reach the right audiences with effective and engaging ads.

Text production:Creating creative and engaging ad copy that hits the mark.

Analysis and reporting: Monitoring campaigns, analyzing data and adjusting strategies based on the results.

Reach and visibility:Ensure maximum reach and relevance through continuous optimization of content and budget.

About you and your qualifications

- Proven experience with SEM and paid advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), preferably from an agency.

- You can write engaging and effective texts.
- You are fluent in Norwegian.

- Analytical skills and ability to use insights to improve campaigns.
- Knowledge of using tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Google Search - Console, keyword tool and similar.You also have good knowledge of SEO.

- You enjoy working independently, but are also comfortable collaborating in teams.

- You want to learn more about AI tools to become more efficient, and how these can improve quality and results.
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot is an advantage.
