About the role:

Payroll Specialist performs payroll service in accordance with the laws and regulations, collective agreements and the agreement concluded with the client, Service Description and other agreements.

Which tasks can you expect?

Carrying out payroll includes the following and other relevant activities: processing and verification of electronic and/or paper-transmitted data. importing and/or entering data into a payroll program. calculation of salaries and provision of data to the client for verification. creating a bank file, making salary payments, as well as checking that the payment has been transferred; sending salary notices (according to the description of the service or the agreement concluded with the client); declaration of taxes, execution of payments and verification that the payment has been transferred; communication with the tax office, if necessary. submission of reports to internal and/or external interest groups, communication with interest groups if necessary. preparation and archiving of reports as necessary. ensuring the quality of the service provided to the client (incl. compliance with the requirements of the quality standard ISAE 3402). Works as an independent specialist. Responsible for knowledge sharing and coaching

What do you have to offer?

• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll administration with a solid understanding of Finnish payroll processes
  • You're proficient with payroll systems and have excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus.
  • You possess strong customer service skills across various communication channels. 
• Fluent in Finnish language as well as mastering English
