About the role:

The role of the Integration Consultant is to oversee the deployment of integration solutions, ensuring they are properly configured and functioning as intended. Integration solutions can be (but are not limited to):

• between customer HRIS system and the SD Worx People Core HR system
• between the SD Worx People core HR system and the local payroll engine
• between customer HRIS system and local payroll engine

You conduct thorough testing to ensure that integrations work seamlessly and meet performance standards. In doing this, you work closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, project managers, and business users, to ensure successful integration. You provide input on project planning regarding integration activities. After deployment, monitor the integration for any issues and troubleshoot as necessary to resolve any problems that arise.

• You have previous HR- and/ or Payroll delivery or services experience for at least 5 years
• You have worked in an international environment or have prior knowledge of multi-country implementations
• You have experience with Success Factors, Workday, Oracle or similar platforms
• You have knowledge of data interchange formats such as Json, SFTP, XML, XSLT, etc…
• You have experience in the test cycles: setup a test plan, ensure execution
• Experience in customer facing roles

Which tasks can you expect?

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their integration needs and business objectives, providing expert advice on best practices. 
• Requirements Gathering: Collect and document detailed requirements from stakeholders to ensure that integration solutions meet their needs. 
• Implementation Oversight: proactively partake in the implementation of integration solutions, ensuring they are executed according to the project plan and specifications. 
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing of integration solutions to ensure they function correctly and meet quality standards. 
• Documentation: Produce clear and detailed documentation for integration processes, configurations, and user instructions for future reference. 
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of integration solutions, identifying and resolving any issues to ensure optimal functionality. 
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and gather feedback. 
• Being a team player and flexible
