About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Croatia, where you will lead mid-size complexity projects implementing our HR software to clients.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Lead projects of mid-size complexity (implementation of HR software for a new clients), or workstreams within a major product development to ensure all milestones are met within contractual time, quality and budgetary constraints 
• Lead the smooth transition from Implementation to Operations, ensuring service levels are achieved
• Manage projects according to different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Design Thinking process and others)
• Create and manage project documentation 
• Key point for communication with client
• Lead, motivate and direct project teams toward achievement of project goals

What do you have to offer?

All round experience in managing several projects with customers simultaneously and the ability to take leadership and responsibility. 

• Should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher education
• Experience in managing IT projects is a plus
• PMP (from PMI) or equivalent certificate or readiness to certificate is preferable
• Ability and willingness to work in a multinational and cross-cultural environment
• Open & critical minded to successfully coordinate project challenges
• Strong communication with excellent presentation, data analysis and report writing
• Ability to solve weaknesses/complaints in service delivery and to introduce proposals for improvements
