About the role 

As an SAP Technical Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions, focusing on functional development and enhancement. Your primary duties will include collaborating with functional consultants and customer business stakeholders to understand their requirements and providing technical expertise to enhance and customize SAP applications based on those needs.

Which tasks can you expect?

- Development of solution architecture artifacts to address stakeholder concerns;

- Monitor compliance and related guidance (such as data retention and audit requirements) to determine impact on enterprise architecture;

- Monitor emerging industry standards to determine impact on enterprise architecture;

- Participation into the global Architecture governance process;

- Lead IT innovation in emerging technology;

- Support the PMO and delivery functions with technical expertise;

- Translate business and technology requirements into a functional and economical solution architecture solutions.

What do you have to offer?

- Ability to analyze project, program and portfolio needs;

- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence;

- Manage 3rd party dependencies related to SAP environment;

- Knowledge on implementation, upgrade and support of the latest SAP systems versions,

- Experience designing and implementing Solution Architecture practices;

- Experience with engineering and software architecture design;

- Deep understanding of Application development and application life cycle management;

- ITIL experience – a plus;

- Strong SAP Functional knowledge or SAP Basis background;

- Knowledge of project planning and management, including scope, time and resource management;

- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies;

- Proven experience managing and leading projects;
