Our product HRnet is a leading Human Resources Information System (designed and developed as a Web application), covering Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Travel management and other HR modules and processes.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Oversee the implementation of payroll processes within the HRnet application.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for HRnet users on payroll functionalities.
• Provide expert consulting to users, particularly in the area of payroll calculation and related legislation.
  
• Perform testing of payroll data and processes within the HRnet application to ensure accuracy.
  
• Develop and maintain clear instructions and documentation for using payroll features of the application.
  
• Analyze and address customer inquiries and requests related to payroll.
• Work closely with developers and the design team to enhance the application based on user feedback.
• Recommend improvements to payroll processes and features based on client interactions and experiences.

What do you have to offer?

• Experience in payroll for at least 3 years and knowledge of Croatian labor law related legislation is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to effectively train and consult users.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel. Knowledge of the HRnet payroll application is an advantage.
• A willingness to work closely with users and support their needs is crucial.
• An eagerness to learn and improve, as well as a developed sense of responsibility, is important.
• Fluency in Croatian and English language
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance
