Our product HRnet is a leading Human Resources Information System (designed and developed as a Web application), covering Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Travel management and other HR modules and processes.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Technical support to HRnet application users by identifying problems using MS SQL database, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps
• Investigation and identification of defects, and correction of procedures using the MS SQL database
• Control and verification of data through the MS SQL database
• Cooperation with implementation and development teams
• Proposing HRnet improvements based on the experience of working with users

What do you have to offer?

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (willing to switch to MS SQL), preferrably mid or senior level
• Fluency in Croatian language
• Good understanding of English language
• Proven ability to solve customer issues through through investigation
• Demonstrated skills in building strong customer relationships
• Advantage - knowledge of HR processes
• Education: minimum Bachelor's Degree
