About the role:

As an SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating SAP implementation and optimization projects. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You’ll provide both technical and strategic guidance throughout the entire project.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Lead SAP projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective project execution
• Ensure timely delivery of projects through effective planning and resource coordination
• Ensure the quality of project outcomes by adhering to strict methodologies and best practices
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project progression
• Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to achieve project goals
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed of project progress and challenges
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and other stakeholders

What do you have to offer?

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably with SAP projects
• Excellent project management skills, including knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Proven experience in managing budgets and timelines within complex projects
• A proactive and results-driven attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
• Fluent Polish and English language skills
