About the role:
As an SDR for our SME team (customers with 1-250 employees), you will be responsible for acquiring and prospecting for new customers. You will actively seek out new customers for the SD Worx Buddy solution and HR services for the SME segment in Germany. This will be done through active outreach via social media, cold calling, telesales, and email campaigns. You will interact with various decision-makers.

Which tasks can you expect?
- Researching, qualifying and developing target customers and inbound leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Building new business relationships, understanding the challenges of potential customers and identifying valuable solutions
- Creating and handing over new SROs to the sales team, including passing on information
- Successfully handling objections through 1:1 phone conversations and utilizing all social channels (email, business forums, LinkedIn)
- High willingness to learn, develop market understanding, improve sales skills and learn our products and processes
- Collaborate with SME sales and marketing team to build a solid pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and understand the principles of marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of SD Worx products and services, USPs, competition and roadmap
- Support sales in developing, targeting and qualifying SROs, scheduling follow-up calls and identifying customer needs
- Understanding of customer context and ability to ask intelligent questions
- Prepare quarterly plans and forecasts for your territory on a regular basis
What do you have to offer?
- 1-3 years' experience as a Sales Development Representative, ideally in a SaaS or services company
- Very good German and good English skills
- Proven track record of independently and measurably following up on leads and sales development at various management levels
- Excellent opportunity qualification skills
- Objection handling and time management as well as interviewing and pitching skills
- Creative and confident communication skills and openness to feedback and development
- Experience in using social selling tools such as Google and LinkedIn for research and outreach
- Ability to work in a dynamic and energetic sales team
- Positive and energetic telephone manner and confident using common company tools
