Division
The Mid-market division provides payroll and human resources management solutions to Belgian companies (public and private) that employ more than 250 workers. SD Worx is the company that dominates this segment with its innovative products and personalized, customer-oriented service.
The role
We are seeking for a proactive and creative Sales Business Development specialist who is eager to take initiative and drive our sales efforts to new heights. He/She will take initiative in order to approach our customers on various targeted actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Engage into customer visits and participate in customer events to introduce our innovative products and services.
- Take initiative to understand customer needs and recommend innovative products or services.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system with a high level of accuracy.
- Creatively develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm and execute new ideas for customer engagement and business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- First experience in Sales or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Dutch, French and preferably English.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
