Responsibilities:

• Process European and Intercompany customer invoices in strict accordance with contracts or ad hoc agreements for various revenue streams.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal controls to maintain financial integrity. Resolve customer and internal billing queries promptly and efficiently, fostering positive relationships.
• Guarantee timely payment of invoices, preventing any adverse impact on SD Worx or its customers.
• Collaborate in the month-end close process and meet reporting requirements.
• Review and approve customer contracts on Salesforce and finance systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate seamless billing setup and execution on Go-Live for each service.
• Maintain accurate billing data in the finance system, promptly addressing any amendments or terminations.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to failed billing feeds.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by the Billing & Invoicing Manager for the southern region of Europe.
• Ensure service continuity in the absence of the manager.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in a billing, financial analysis, or controlling - minimum of 6 years.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to work with complex and large datasets (proficiency in Excel).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle billing discrepancies efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external customers
