About the role:
A key role within our payroll operations team, responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll solutions while working in an international environment that supports continuous learning and career growth.

What do you have to offer?
• You have 5 years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Nordic payroll processes

• You're proficient with payroll systems and have excellent Excel skills. 

• Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus. 

• You possess strong customer service skills across various communication channels. 

• You're fluent in Swedish and English (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus)

• You're curious, service-minded, and always eager to learn. 

• You're a solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset. 

• You're adaptable and excited by the prospect of building something new. 

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and understand the challenges faced by growing businesses. 

• You contribute to team spirit with a healthy dose of humour and resilience. 

Which tasks can you expect?
• Overseeing the full payroll process for Norwegian clients, ensuring detailed and accurate execution.
• Participating in team efforts to streamline processes and enhance service quality through innovative technological solutions.
• Providing expert support and handling complex payroll queries with dedication and precision.
