The SAP Solutions Academy Lead will be responsible for managing and driving the SAP Academy program, ensuring the effective training and development of SAP professionals within the organization. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training catalogue that align with the company’s strategic goals and SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish Development processes:
Build sustainable and scalable Academy processes in collaboration with People L&D team.
Translate Learning Culture: Reflect the SD Worx learning culture within SAP Solutions.
Training Management:

Trainer Coordination:
- Define and coordinate Trainers and Co-Trainers and their responsibilities.
- Ensure trainers provide updated and accurate training materials.
- Maintain and create the annual SAP Solutions training calendar aligned with the SD Worx L&D calendar.
- Training Content:
- Collaborate with the business area to align training content with business needs.
- Monitoring and updating existing training sessions / e-learnings together with trainers.
- Plan and organize training sessions, both on-site and online.
- Manage communication, invitations, and follow-up.
- Feedback and Format Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate feedback to refine training sessions.
- Explore and implement the most effective training formats based on audience needs and content requirements.
Collaborations:
- Set up of career paths together with Business and SAP People BP
- Define Road Map & training catalogue with Academy Strategy advisor.
- Maintain a smooth communication with internal stakeholders (Country directors, Staffing and Operations, Business, Participate global meetings…)
- Collaborate and being part of L&D community at SD Worx. Alignment with L&D team in administration (LMS System, testing tool, reporting, …)
- Support business efforts to digitize new and existing training programs, ensuring alignment with modern learning needs
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
SAP Knowledge is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SAP modules and best practices is valuable.
- Comfort in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A growth mindset for both yourself and those around you
Languages
- Fluent in English (required).
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
