About the job
Are you a driven and customer oriented sales professional with a true passion for HR and Talent. Then we are looking for you! As a Commercial HR Business Consultant you are jointly responsible for achieving our commercial objectives and guiding clients through the purchasing process. You play a crucial role in increasing customer satisfaction and achieving our sales targets.
What will you do?
You are the heart of our HR Consulting growth strategy. You proactively hunt for opportunities with our midmarket and large enterprise customers. You understand what they need, challenge them and you know exactly how we can help them grow further. You maintain and build relationships, you identify commercial opportunities and you ensure that our services perfectly match the customer's needs. You will work closely with your colleagues in Sales and Consulting to make sure everything runs smoothly and you think about how we can improve our services.
Your tasks
- Identifying and approaching new potential customers: you proactively engage with our customers. You listen carefully to their request, analyze their needs, and propose the right solution.
- Develop a strong pipeline and follow up on sales leads. Follow up leads from different channels.
- Thinking about sales strategy and advising on lead channels.
- Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and network to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You are strong in internal and external stakeholder management and know how to engage the right people at the right time.
- Advise customers on our offerings and services and help them make the right choices.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to create win-win situations.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as (pre)sales, marketing, communications to exceed customer expectations.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen our competitive advantage.
- Based on input from the sales colleagues, you take up action points arising from our regular analyses of customer turnover and margins. You convert these into concrete plans and take the lead in this.
- Besides being customer-oriented, you are equally commercially keen: you see opportunities where others do not. New contacts or departments within existing customers? Additional services we can offer? Or perhaps you have access to relevant information through your network?
- Together with the Sales Director and Business Unit Manager, you develop a strategic plan to convert these opportunities into success.
- You keep a close eye on the market: from trends to the competition and new services. You stay informed on trends and innovation in your field and you have impact by contributing to the design and innovation of our services.
- You ensure that as a team we are always well prepared to seize opportunities and maintain our lead position
What are we looking for in you?
We are looking for someone who knows how to get things done and likes to sink his or her teeth into a challenging, commercial role. Do you recognize yourself in this?
- You have a passion for the exciting world of HR and Talent.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in business consulting or solution selling (SAAS) within a B2B environment.
- You have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- You have an analytical mindset and you have a high immunity to stress.
- You are both independent and a dynamic and entrepreneurial team player. You are a self-starter, but you also feel completely at home in a team.
- You have a strong “can do” mentality and you are passionate about making a difference for our customers.
- Results-oriented and motivated to meet and exceed goals. You have a keen eye for commercial opportunities and know how to turn them into success.
- You like a challenge and you enjoy co-building a business independently
- Excellent negotiation skills
- You speak Dutch OR French in combination with English, both spoken and written.
- You have a natural talent for networking.
