As a support engineer NL International you are the link from service team to customer regarding the integration driven customers.
You will be in charge in understanding and interpretating the data traffic between customer, operations teams, local and international technical teams.
With your input we improve the lead time of functional and technical errors.
On top of your input to these teams, you help to optimize current dataflow alignment by discussing the use of automation tools and AI.
Every month you will be customer facing together with the Service Delivery Manager, to discuss the current success statuses and open challenges.
- Actively participate monitoring errors in SD Connect Admin Tool.
- Communicate errors with both customer and Service Team.
- Participate in creating working description of these errors.
- Participate in the best possible customer experience according to integrations via SD Connect
Which tasks can you expect?
- Support Customers in avoiding payroll errors submitted in Core HR.
- Assist in drafting working descriptions SD Connect
- Engage with customers on the best way to submit HR employee changes
- Engage with Service Team on payroll errors in SD Connect and Cobra
Knowledge & Technical skills
- Communication skills written and verbal.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in HR or Payroll domain
- Technical knowledge HR & Payroll systems
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
