Our product HRnet is a leading Human Resources Information System (designed and developed as a Web application), covering Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Travel management and other HR modules and processes.

What do you have to offer?

• Fluency in Croatian language
• Good understanding of English language
• Proven ability to solve customer issues
• Demonstrated skills in building strong customer relationships
• Multitasking capabilities, especially in organisation and coordination of open tasks 
• Ability to learn and adopt new processes
• Advantage - knowledge of HR processes and HRnet application
• Education: minimum Bachelor's Degree

Which task can you expect?

• Support to HRnet apllication users by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps (non-technical)
• Intake and initial analysis of customers' request
• Classification and keeping records of customers' requests
• Internal coordination of handling customers' requests 
• Creating regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external customers
• Cooperation with support, implementation and development teams
• Proposing HRnet improvements based on the experience of working with users
