Your mission as a Sales Development Representative at Protime
As a Sales Development Representative, you support your colleagues from the sales and marketing team in the Netherlands in offering our solutions. You will be part of our Spanish team in Barcelona and work in close contact with colleagues in our office in Rotterdam.
- You’ll work closely with our Marketing team to leverage their activities for your success, and with our Sales team to effectively attract leads and convert them into qualified opportunities: from suspect, to prospect, to sales qualified lead.
- You engage in outbound contacts via lead calling, social media, and email campaigns. To be successful, you reach out to the right decision-makers and closely follow up on these contacts.
- You know how to translate the needs of the potential customer into a Sales Qualified Lead. Are they interested? Then you schedule the appointment for your colleague Account Manager.
- Thanks to a good registration of your files in Salesforce, you ensure a smooth transfer to your colleagues who will provide the further service.
- You work closely with your Account Manager colleagues to further develop campaigns and strategies in tandem.

- Experience with B2B telemarketing (outbound) and solution selling is a plus.
- You consistently meet or exceed your targets within set deadlines.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. In addition, you bring a positive and energetic phone presence, you're an active listener, and you’re not afraid to dig deeper with follow-up questions.
- You share the values of Protime in terms of customer focus, professionalism & ambition.
- Your Dutch is fluent in speech and writing. Given our international environment we also expect a good level of English.
- You’re driven, with a proven track record of successful, measurable client follow-up and business development.
- You have a strong ability to attract, qualify, and handle objections.
- You go for the extra mile, with an extra smile.
