What do you have to offer?
- You have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Ideally, you have experience in complaint management and have already worked with a ticketing system
- You have excellent knowledge of German at a native level, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you are no stranger to the English language
- You enjoy customer service over the phone and in writing
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with the needs and concerns of customers
- Thanks to your proactive nature and hands-on mentality, you can independently find good solutions even in difficult situations
- Your quick comprehension and flexibility will help you find your way in our agile working environment and continually learn. Even in stressful situations, you keep a cool head and stay well organized
Which tasks can you expect?
- You have very good oral and written German skills at a fluently level as well as being friendly and empathetic, to understand and assist our customers with any queries which may arise
- You work closely with other teams to always find the best solution for our customers
- You are a digital native which allows you to connect with our customers on all channels to support them, especially via phone, email, and chat
- You are characterized by persistence and, as a reliable partner for our customers, you always maintain an overview of all issues addressed
- Whether in direct contact on the phone or when processing written inquiries, you resolve concerns promptly, in a friendly and competent manner
- With the customer feedback and your ideas, you will actively contribute to improving our services and processes
