Job Overview 

We seek a highly skilled and experienced SAP Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP programming and experience with the SAP HR module, mainly Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (PT). 

Proficiency in English and a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication are essential for this role. 

Key Responsibilities :

ABAP Programming: Develop, implement, and optimize ABAP code to meet the functional and technical requirements of the business. 

SAP HR Module Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP HR modules, particularly PA, OM, PY, and PT, to design and enhance HR processes.

Integration Solutions: Provide expertise in integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. 

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions. 

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, development processes, and project updates. 

Qualifications, Education: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant with a strong focus on ABAP programming and SAP HR modules. 

Technical Skills: Proficient in ABAP programming. Extensive experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PY, PT). 

Nice to have experience with integration tools such as Business Integration Builder (BiB) or Point-to-Point (PTP) integration. 

Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal. 

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities. Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
