A fantastic opportunity to join our team in Sweden as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)! In this role, you'll generate and deliver qualified leads to senior sales members. As an SDR, you'll be a smart, creative, and resourceful problem-solver, crafting compelling messages to attract new clients and expand our customer base.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and determine valuable solutions.
- Create SROs and hand off opportunities to the sales team.
- Overcome objections through one-on-one conversations and social channels.
- Be coachable, committed to learning the market, sales skills, products, and processes.
- Update lead and prospect information in Salesforce.
- Partner with sales and marketing to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Understand marketing campaigns.
- Know SD Worx products, USPs, competition, and roadmap.
- Assist sales in developing, targeting, and qualifying SROs.
- Be customer-centric, asking smart questions.
Your Profile:
- 3 years in a Sales/Business Development role (preferably SAAS/Services).
- Self-starter with a successful track record in lead follow-up and sales development.
- Strong in opportunity qualification, objection handling, and time management.
- Trained in call structuring, conversation control, and pitching.
- Experience using social selling tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy sales team environment.
- Positive phone skills, excellent listening, and strong writing skills.
- Proficient with corporate tools (email, voicemail, MS Office).
- Sales training and Salesforce.com experience are a plus.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
