What do you have to offer?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs.
- French-speaking, with a good knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
- Experience with content development is a plus.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Project management and coaching skills.
- Certification in leadership development or training is a plus.
- Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development.
- Willingness to travel occasionally in Europe.
Which task can you expect?
- Design and deliver soft skills programs for employees at various levels.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in certain skills and tailor training content accordingly.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by providing coaching and feedback to individuals and teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate relevant leadership theories into training materials.
- Collaborate with HR and management to assess the impact of training programs on leadership effectiveness.
- Utilize various instructional methods, including workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions, to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, adjusting content as needed.
- Act as a resource for leaders seeking guidance on professional development and leadership best practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Track and report on the progress of leadership development initiatives to stakeholders.
