Which task can you expect?
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and Studioworx, the internal marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing strategic marketing plans, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact and understanding their business objectives and challenges.
Collaborate with clients to develop marketing strategies that align with their goals, utilizing the expertise of internal teams such as creatives, designers, and strategists.
Campaign Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, and campaigns are executed within established timelines.
Communication: Effectively communicate project briefs, updates, and campaign results to both clients and internal team members, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives.
Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges in campaign execution, offering solutions and alternatives to ensure client satisfaction.
Budget Management: Work with clients to establish budgets, track spending, and ensure campaigns are executed within agreed-upon financial parameters.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, including creative, production, and analytics, to coordinate resources and deliver high-quality results.
- 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
