What do you have to offer?

A deep understanding of HR processes plus affinity with tech. Or a deep understanding of tech plus affinity with HR. Either way, those determined to get to the bottom of our customers’ needs will fit right in. But also:

• Ideally you have a minimum experience working with SuccesFactors
• You speak English and Dutch or French
• You have demonstrable experience in a customer-oriented role
• You have solid interpersonal skills

Which task can you expect?

• Facilitate customer process walkthroughs to understand business processes and align with solution functionality.
• Manage SuccessFactors projects, resource allocation, deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and configure a SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices.
• Ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors while adhering to product standards.
• Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client's key users.
• Work closely with SD Worx team members to facilitate successful integration between modules.
• Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
• Support pre-sales activities.
