How You’ll make an impact:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will lead projects from discovery to implementation, working with clients and internal teams to create the right solutions. Your key tasks will include:

• Gathering business requirements and designing technical solutions.

• Implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet client goals, including Employee Central and Performance & Goals.

• Managing setup, testing, deployment, and improvements after implementation, ensuring seamless system integration.

• Providing technical support to consultants, developers, and business analysts, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal use of cloud solutions.

• Staying up to date with the latest HR technology and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors architecture and implementation.

• Experience with key modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, and Performance & Goals.

• Proven experience with system integration and middleware, ensuring smooth data migration and API management.

• Strong technical skills combined with a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.
