What You’ll Bring to the Team:

We’re looking for a professional who combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of HR processes—or vice versa! If you’re determined to uncover and solve our clients’ unique needs, you’ll fit right in.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture and implementation
  
  Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance and Goals, Compensation, and Succession & Development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, including middleware and APIs.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

As a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will provide technical leadership, guiding clients from initial discovery to successful implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Architect and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
• Lead solution configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization.
• Provide technical support to project teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and updates in the HR technology landscape.
• Work with internal teams (Project Managers, Senior Consultants, (Pre-)Sales, and Account Managers) to deliver exceptional results.
