We are looking for a Business Continuity Manager to support us in building a best in class business continuity framework across all of our operations across Europe and Mauritius.

The function is open for people from diverse professional backgrounds, and we are willing to adapt and further grow the role based on the experience and interests of the candidate.

Key activities You will be working on the following key activities:
• Develop and roll out operational business continuity training across all countries understanding the need to tailor the training to suit all maturity levels.
• Develop and maintain an annual operational business continuity review and training schedule.
• Support all countries in developing and maintaining their own BC plans.
• Maintain the Business Continuity Policy and associated internal and external Customer facing documentation.
• Align with industry best practices including ISO22301 and share best practices across the business.
• Be the ‘go-to’ person for all business continuity activities.
• Respond to Customer questions providing the appropriate corporate responses.

Profile Technical Competencies:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business continuity/business resilience role. • Experience in developing and conducting business continuity training including basic, desk top and full simulation.
• Experience with industry best practices and techniques.
• Experience and knowledge of ISO22301 framework and requirements.
• Qualifications or certificates in a relevant field are a plus, but not essential.

• You have excellent adaptable communication skills and are at ease answering questions around our business continuity framework to our Customers and other stakeholders.
• You have attention to detail but can still see the wider picture, understand the business impact and have the ability to articulate this.
• You are autonomous, proactive and takes the initiative and gets things done through to completion.
• You have the ability to work in a fast changing environment.
• You love to work in an international team in which you will have contact with colleagues from multiple countries and backgrounds.
• You are able to take a pragmatic approach in order to come up with solutions which are simple and feasible while keeping the end user in mind. • Fluent spoken and written, English language skills.
