About the role:
Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager for SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of SAP SuccessFactors projects, from pre-sales to go-live and post-go-live support. You will lead complex, multi-country or multi-module projects, ensuring client satisfaction, quality of deliverables, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Your key responsibilities include
- Managing SAP SuccessFactors projects (Employee Central, Talent, Learning, etc.) using agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies.
- Leading project teams (internal, partners, offshore) and coordinating with functional and technical stakeholders.
- Client relationship management: steering committees, reporting, risk and escalation management.
- Budget and contract oversight: cost control, change management, and compliance with contractual commitments.
- Contributing to pre-sales activities: scoping, estimation, and proposal writing.
- Driving continuous improvement and staying up to date with SAP SuccessFactors delivery best practices and innovations.
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in SAP project management, including at least 5 years on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven track record in delivering international or multi-entity projects. Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (at least 2 among EC, PMGM, LMS, RCM, ONB…).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong client-oriented mindset.
- SAP Activate or PMI / Prince2 certification is a plus. Fluent in English and French ; additional languages are an asset.
