The internship will commence on 6 July 2026 and conclude on 30 October 2026.
Which tasks can you expect?
Support the review and organisation of employee files (physical and electronic)
Ensure proper filing and archiving of HR documents in line with internal standards
Identify documents eligible for destruction in accordance with the 10-year document retention policy
Carry out secure destruction of documents following approved compliance procedures
Maintain logs/records of documents destroyed for audit and compliance purposes
Assist in updating and maintaining filing systems for easy retrieval of information
Perform basic data entry and document tracking where required
Support the HR team with general administrative tasks
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by your manager as needed
What do you have to offer?
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willingness to perform repetitive and process-driven tasks
Accuracy and attention to detail
