What do you have to offer?

• You’re fluent in Norwegian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus). 
•  Prior to relocating to Spain, you have worked with an employer in Norway for at least a couple of years, providing you with a solid understanding of Norwegian employment conditions.  
• You’re skilled in payroll systems, with a particular knack for Excel. 
• Experience in customer-facing roles as well as payroll processing experience, especially within outsourced payroll services, is a plus. 
• You’re a team player with a proactive, curious mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow. 
• You bring a solution-oriented approach to your work and are excited by the opportunity to build and shape a new organization. 
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a setting where flexibility and adaptability are key.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Manage the complete payroll process for our Norwegian clients, from A to Z.
• Oversee and coordinate sick pay refunds, reconciliations, and reporting. 
• Engage daily with our customers, providing exceptional service and timely support.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, using the latest technology to enhance our payroll services. 
• Contribute to the onboarding of new customers, supporting the growth of our Norwegian payroll services.
