YOUR ROLE:
The purpose of this role is to lead and oversee multi-capability teams delivering end-to-end HR services to our clients across various European markets. Based in our Mauritius hub, this role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring service delivery meets the highest standards, and fostering strong relationships across blended teams.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Team management
- Lead and manage service delivery implementation, support and operations teams, guide and coach all direct reports
- Ensure ongoing assessment of the team and identify training needs via structured development plans that comply with the agreed annual budgets, and that serve to increase growth in the hub.
- Perform annual appraisals & continuous feedback
- Undertake recruitment campaigns as necessary
- Manage contingent workforce in line with agreed strategy for tenure
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging professional growth and continuous improvement within the teams.
Service Delivery & Operations
- Develop and execute the service delivery strategy in the hub for a number of markets.
- Provide a framework for significant efficiency improvements
- Help drive a cost management culture
- Responsible for all elements of operations including financial management, resource management, governance and quality controls, methods and tooling, standards and procedures
- Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery is provided to all clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Programme and Project management
- Overall accountability for business operations for domestic and international customers
- Ensure appropriate stakeholder management is in place for all customer projects, transitions, and programmes
Internal stakeholder management
- Build strong relationships with global teams to ensure seamless interactions and collaborations across all customer-facing projects and programmes
- Collaborate with the Sales, Commercial Services and Operations teams on corporate programme engagement and internal business improvement initiatives, including those that can deliver significant improvement through use of our hub
Transformation
- Drive continuous improvement using internal and external benchmarking to introduce/implement best practices
Methodology
- Enhance and embed robust programme and project management methodologies to support delivery of HR and Payroll programmes for clients
- Support development of programme management toolkits

KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years of experience in managing programmes at a senior level
- First class consultancy environment/organisation with robust programme methodologies
- Managed a wide range of multi-faceted programmes in large complex organisations.
- Managed transformation programmes using integrated technology solutions
- Used formal change management methodologies to support business transformation
- Familiarity with performance management and development
- Excellent communication skills - ability to explain technology without jargon
- Inspires confidence in colleagues, peers and clients through prestige and credibility.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholder
- Flexible but firm customer management
- Ability to influence internally without direct line responsibility

- Experience in coaching and developing future talent for management roles
