What do you have to offer?

A deep understanding of HR processes plus affinity with tech. Or a deep understanding of tech plus affinity with HR. Either way, those determined to get to the bottom of our customers’ needs will fit right in. But also:

• +5 years of experience in SAP ABAP, ABAP OO (design, development, SAP architecture).

• Good knowledge in SAP HCM solutions: PA, OM, PT, PY, Reporting.
• Knowledge of Fiori, Cloud solutions and Integration is an asset
• You have a proven customer experience: ability to interact with clients at all organizational levels in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Excellent analytical and persuasive skills
• Problem-solving skills and results oriented mindset
• You can understand English and communicate easily                                    

Which task can you expect?

• To develop quality code by respecting defined standards, procedures and best practices.
• Development, maintenance and updating of existing and new HCM applications with ABAP and ABAP Objects (OO).
• Development and adaptation of forms based on Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
• Development and adaptation of interfaces to SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Recording of analysis and conception of technical solution concepts.
• To demonstrate a logical and structured approach to time management and task prioritization.
• Documentation of implemented requirements, performance tests and troubleshooting.
• Load solutions in production, execute the cutover, and finally support the post go-live and ensure the hand-over to the team.
• Assist clients in change management, possibly facilitate workshops and provide technical/functional trainings to users
