What do you have to offer?

• Professional experience in payroll accounting and/or human resources management
  
• At least 2 years of management experience (project management or management of a team)
• Knowledge of a payroll system (ideally SAP)
• Confidence in dealing with customers
• High social and leadership skills
• Personal initiative, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure
• High result and goal orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Good English language skills
• Good German language skills
