Main Functions:
- Establish a business development plan with sales and financial targets.
- Conduct ongoing prospecting activity to develop trusted relationships with HR, Finance, and IT departments in large and medium-sized companies.
- Develop consultative sales cycles: identification of current and future needs, advice based on the service offer, development of a differentiating offer, negotiation and closing of projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants for the implementation of contracts, as well as with the Customer Service department for the management and loyalty of accounts.
- Participate in the organisation of events for clients and prospects.
- Training on SD Worx solutions and new products, identifying reference people in the group and developing trusting relationships for the right support.
- Analysis of the market and its trends, competitor actions, identification of opportunities.
- Regular reporting and reviews of the business to ensure that brand standards are exceeded.
What do you have to offer?
- Higher education with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of HR services and/or technology solutions, preferably payroll services, outsourcing of other IT services, HR consultancy, ...
- Experience in multinational firm and matrix organization is highly valuable.
- English level that enables to work in English with other SD WORX countries and to participate in projects and trainings. − Use of office tools and CRM with full confidence.
- Strategic thinking, well organized and a result-oriented personality
- Leadership skills, drive combined with persuasion and "hands-on mentality”.
- Agile, communicative, customer-oriented thinking and action
- Willingness to travel.
