  • Application Management in SAP HCM for the Payroll Austria modules
  • Conceptual design, implementation, quality assurance and transfer of requirements into production within the SAP HCM modules Payroll, Payroll Administration
  • Introduction of fully cycle projects and change control 
  • Process conformity, continuous improvement and agile methodology application 
  • Support and consulting for existing and new customers
  • Collaboration in projects to map new requirements
  • Collection, analysis, creation and implementation of solution concepts
  • Documentation of implemented requirements, execution of functional tests and troubleshooting
  • Support of internal and external stakeholders




  • Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training in information technology
  • Extensive professional experience (at least 5 years) as a consultant or module administrator in SAP HCM PY Austria
  • Very good knowledge in customising SAP HCM modules PY Austria
  • Good knowledge in the creation and further development of schemas and rules for Austrian payroll accounting 
  • Good technical knowledge of Austrian payroll accounting would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage
  • Confident appearance
  • Competent handling of customers also in case of escalations
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility and ability to work in a team 
  • Structured and precise way of working, ability to work independently
  • Occasional business trips
