Your Role
You will lead the European HR Advisory Business across the different countries within SD Worx. You are viewed as the leader within the SD Worx organization and will be responsible for the go to market of the different HR advisory offerings across Europe, recruitment and management of the top notch consulting team and having a sales and revenue responsibility for the HR Advisory business.  


As a PEOPLE COACH - you will have the skills and ability to demonstrate that you can:
•    Show clear Vision and Purpose and inspire teams and colleagues to organize themselves in an agile way in order to reach targets. The ability also to push (operational) decisions to the floor. 
•    Create an environment where teams and colleagues are inspired to embrace change, take ownership.  The ability also to attract and coach individuals that show disruptive thinking, in order to stimulate experimentation and innovation
•    Share leadership responsibilities in the team, based on individual’s talents. The ability also to coach each colleague in discovering and developing their talent in an environment of continuous learning.


For our clients and future clients  we expect you to 
-    Establish long-term relationships and securing repeat business from existing clients
-    Manage the relationships and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the work being done by our consulting team
-    Identify new business opportunities by networking with potential clients in a variety of industries
-    Make use of our research in order to feed them with our SD Worx vision on a constantly changing and evolving market and how our portfolio translates this is new offerings

-    Be the leader for our consultants by supporting them to solve our customers challenges, and become the innovative partner by fostering our talent
-    Create a dynamic ambitious team with consultants who are developing themselves and aiming for the best
-    Guide the team in the SD Worx eco system in order to be a best class performing and collaborative team 
-    Oversee the successful delivery of our projects at our clients by engaging directly in projects where required
-    Lead and manage our team to achieve targeted revenue and profitability 

Within SD Worx we expect you to
-    Be recognized as the leader of our international HR Advisory Business
-    Grow and manage the sales funnel by proactively identifying and growing opportunities and new business addressing client needs based on our expertise and knowledge of market trends
-    Build an excellent internal network with Portfolio, Products, Sales and Operations department to let the matrix organization work 
-    Build up or strengthen your external network to support our growth ambition with partners
-    Be challenging towards your organization by pitching new ideas, recommend solutions, open for new endeavors in a constantly changing and growing European organization
