Your Role:
In this newly created role you will be part of a data-driven, fast-paced, and ambitious marketing team whose focus is supporting the SME business with their revenue targets through the creation of highly qualified MQLs. 
As the local field marketing manager for SME you will use your expertise in campaign management and marketing communications to drive engagement and support the sales funnel, as well as defining a dynamic strategy to maximise upsell opportunities. Your focus is the SME market, defined as employers up to 250 employees.


As a BUSINESS COACH - you will have the skills and ability to demonstrate that you can:
•    Targeting/Territory/Funnel Management - Proactively scan the market (local and international) for future opportunities, and use (local and international) networks to leverage this to commercial success.  Apply Social Selling by leverage on data collected digitally and through other networks to augment the sales activities.
•    Accessing Customer Needs - Assess together with the customer their changing reality correctly and use this understanding to co-create (and co-innovate) his solutions.
•    Negotiating - Close the deal by influencing the customer by leading the commercial journey , educating the customer in finding solutions, also using networks without boundaries.


Your Responsibilities:
•    To build a solid brand in the SME market, and to drive the SME pipeline.
•    Develop and manage the brand and demand generation campaign plan and calendar. This contains:
o    Campaign, channel & media planning and optimization
o    Cost management
o    (Inside) sales team alignment & sales enablement
o    Creative and asset briefing and/or creation
•    Lead all marketing communications, including PR, comms & content. This contains:
o    Drive and/or create the content for every stage in the buyer’s funnel, and for the various buyer persona’s
o    Use data to drive the customer content experience across our website, email and social channels
o    Support public relations and engage with media
•    Responsible for all sponsored and SD Worx owned SME events. This contains:
o    Develop a series of owned events (physical and digital)
o    Identify sponsored events targeting SME’s
•    Manage the campaign goals, results, KPI’s and analysis.
•    Work in collaboration with the UK & Ireland field marketing colleagues and with the corporate marketing team. 


Your Profile:
•    Demonstrable and substantial experience in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing environment, in one of these areas:
o    Campaign planning and campaign management
o    Producing content for the web specifically, as well as any additional channel-specific knowledge (blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
o    Building audiences either online or offline
o    Digital marketing (SEO/SEA, website conversion, e-mail marketing, marketing automation, organic & paid social,..)
-    Tactically and strategically, you represent your SME sales and management colleagues within the local marketing team.
-    Result-driven and analytically strong. 
-    Confident and enthusiastic, a strong ability to learn and expand the role
