In this role of Medior or Senior SuccessFactors consultant for the Netherlands, you will be responsible for translating the requirements of the client(s), into process descriptions and the realization of these flows in SAP SuccessFactors. Together with, or supported by, a team of experienced colleagues, you will help our clients with the implementation, adjustments and management of SAP SuccessFactors. You are, or will grow into, You will be part of one of our SuccessFactors teams and will work with your colleagues throughout Europe. The team is a mix of junior, medior, and senior consultants.
You will be part of the European consultancy team, and you will be reporting into our one of the team leads. You will be working with a mixed group of fellow consultants, with expertise in SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, and Integration consultants. We work in a hybrid way, meaning partly remote, partly on site, and occasionally in one of our offices.



You are a motivated and experienced HRIS professional, and you understand HR processes. SAP SuccessFactors still only has some secrets for you and those are the modules you haven’t explored yet. In your background, you have either worked in a complex corporate organization or you are a seasoned consultant. Anyway, you are able to understand the needs of end users and know which questions to ask when (re)designing a process flow. A happy customer is what makes you tick at the end of the day, and you will do whatever it takes to make that happen. In your experience, you are also able to reach out to colleagues or management, when things don’t go as planned. People first, is our motto and just reading this makes you smile. •    Provide guidance and expertise on HR business processes, from process design to process execution; 
•    Provide expert advice on SuccessFactors functionality in relation to the HR processes in scope; 
•    Lead conversations with key HR stakeholders to understand the as-is environment and advise on the strategic and tactical roadmap with suitable solutions; 
•    Autonomously work with your client counterpart to understand requirements, deduce work products and deliverables from these, followed by solution design and configuration the client’s SuccessFactors products Conduct technical analysis of integrated or interfacing systems in the SAP SuccessFactors domain;

•    Have at least 2-4 years of experience in HR business (including 2 years in consultancy);
•    Have at least 1 end-to-end SuccessFactors project implementation and delivery experience;
•    Have strong SuccessFactors skills with certification in one or more modules of SuccessFactors including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding, Compensation and Variable Pay, Performance and Goal Management, Succession and Career Development, Learning, People Analytics, Workforce Analytics; 
•    Have a strong understanding of HR business processes;
•    You can speak and write professionally in Dutch.
It would be nice if you, 
Have a proven experience in agile delivery methods, application design development, technical architecture, integration, change management, test strategy and execution, cutover planning, cutover execution and deployment.
