Through the continued success at SD Worx, I'm delighted to advise that the Global Talent Team are growing. We are looking to recruit a Global Senior Recruiter in the UK to join our truly global and ambitious company.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Own the recruitment process from ATR until the On-Boarding (advertising, sourcing, interviewing, recommendation, application reviewing) and negotiate competitive offers
  • Partner with Hiring Managers with a consultative approach and drive processes to move forward
  • Manage an overall positive, smooth and controled candidate experience
  • Use social media sites to promote the SD Worx employer brand, post jobs, and engage candidates
  • Enjoy working closely with your international colleagues of the recruitment team
  • Ensure compliance across the team, including data integrity, SLAs, KPIs, and use of Applicant Tracking System
  • Develop new and innovative sourcing pipelines; partner with other stakeholders like universities (recruitment events, job fairs) and peer companies to increase candidate flow
  • Keep up to date with the market in recruitment and staffing, share information and implement appropriate best practices


Your role:

 

  • 3-5 years of proven track record working as a 360° Recruiter managing multiple roles across a variety of job families
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal in a professional manner with your clients, candidates and colleagues, whilst also building relationships
  • Experience in owning, maintaining, and developing stakeholder/Hiring Manager relationships, including appropriate influencing skills
  • Track record of using successful and innovative sourcing strategies as well as recruitment communication channels (social media, job boards, etc.)
  • You have the necessary maturity and assertiveness to act as a fully-fledged liaison officer for candidates and the business
  • You spark positivity and are able to work effectively (across teams, countries, languages and tools) with colleagues, customers and the network using your expertise, confidence as well as your own style
  • You are a team player and have good time-management skills
  • Excellent English written & spoken is a must-have for this role
