-ist der Experte und zeigt ein professionelles Gesicht zu DE / AT für bestehende und neue Kunden zu allen SF EC Themen
-Architektiert eigenständig funktionale / technische SF EC Lösungen
konfiguriert selbständig SF EC-Lösungen
-Hält sich über neue Entwicklungen im Bereich SF EC auf dem Laufenden
-Unterstützt HR Core Angebote für DE / AT Kunden
coacht jüngere Talente in SF EC- und Projektangelegenheiten.

Das brauchen Sie:

-Deutsch & Englisch (mindestens C1-Niveau)
-Zertifikat in SF Employee Central
-mindestens 2+ e2e-Implementierungen von SF Employee Central (5+ Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Bereich)

Wünschenswerte zusätzliche Fähigkeiten:

-Erfahrungen in SAP HCM Org. Management (OM) und Personalverwaltung (PA) oder
-Erfahrungen in verwandten Bereichen wie Payroll, Time, SF Talent Management, Integrationstechnologie
-Sonderleistungen der AG: Homeoffice, jährliche Leistungsprämie, Beitrag zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge, Schulungen, Jobbike, TBD.
-Standort: Home-Office in DE / AT bevorzugt, EU-Länder mit SDWorx-Büro möglich, 10-20% Reisetätigkeit
-Bevorzugter Starttermin: je früher, desto besser
