Advanced SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant DACH (m/w/d)

-Reports into the SF chapter lead DE, AT & PL

-Is the expert and exhibits a professional face to DE / AT for existing and new customers on all SF EC topics

-Architects functional / technical SF EC solutions independently

-Configures SF EC solutions independently

-Stays up-to-date on new developments regarding SF EC

-Supports HR Core bids for DE / AT customers

-Coaches more junior talents on SF EC and project matters.




-German (minimum C1 level) and

-English (minimum C1 level) and

-Certificate in SF Employee Central

-At least 2+ e2e implementation of SF Employee Central (5+ years experience in this area)

     Desirable additional skills:


   -Experience in SAP HCM Org. Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) or

-Experience in related areas like payroll, time, SF talent management, integration technology

-Special AG benefits: Home office, yearly performance bonus, contribution to company pension scheme, trainings, job bike, TBD.
   -Location: Home office in DE / AT preferred, EU countries with SDWorx office possible, 10-20% travelling
   -Preferred start date: the earlier the better
