Medior Business Analyst

Key accountabilities
You will be mainly responsible for the below list of tasks:

  • analyse the evolution requests expressed by our international HR Core Product Manager and understand the business purposes
  • configure the solution according to the needs expressed and test your settings to check the quality before delivery
  • actively participate in the design of legal or business certificates by making them as international as possible (Employment certificate, Remuneration certificate, Individual social report, etc.)
  • understand the MVEL language to create and correct these certificates
  • master the impacts of each modification on the projects and prepare the necessary supports to enable them to carry out a functional migration in a structured manner
  • document all your actions to guarantee traceability to the teams affected:
  • details of configurations
  • impacts on current projects
  • functional explanation.
  • Technical environment: DBeaver, KeyClaok

Expectations, experiences & Knowledge
Because of the critical nature of this role, we can only consider candidates who can demonstrate that they meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Degree in any related IT fields with at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven business and systems analytical skills-HR Industry knowledge
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and databases - SQL
  • Good knowledge of HTML and Java (MVEL is a plus)
  • Proven knowledge of process methodology and ability to develop and improve process
  • Excellent English-written and spoken 
  • Excellent interpersonal
  • Proven experience in an Agile context based on Scrum framework
