What you will be doing:
The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible to own and manage campaigns and prospecting for Poland and is responsible to create quarterly plans to achieve quotas.
You will work at the sales-marketing interface and be responsible for introducing SD Worx’s Payroll and HR services to new clients in the Polish market. This is done through lead generation through marketing campaigns, inbound response to leads and outbound contacting, social media, and email campaigns. 
Your working days consist of active interaction with customers and internal stakeholders alike. You will report to marketing, but you also work closely with sales and will be supported by skilled colleagues in a comfortable working environment in Katowice, Poland. Additionally, the Sales & Marketing Specialist will 

  • Provide regular, accurate forecasts and update lead status using Salesforce.
  • Contacting and down streaming leads from marketing
  • Manage marketing campaigns
  • Organize events
  • Localise content

Here's what you will need to know/have:

  • Fluent Polish and English speaker
  • A hard-working, self-motivated person that is willing to achieve excellence.
  • Creative and assertive communication skills. 
  • Open to feedback and development. 
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified time frames.  
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Knowledge of the HR sector is advantageous, but not essential.  
  • Experience in use of social selling tools for both research an outreach
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
