Job Description
Within the workstation endpoint client team, you are responsible for operating, maintaining and further designing of the SD endpoint client environment infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities

  •  To provide 3rd level technical support to internal users.
  •  To manage and resolve user requests according to internal processes and standards
  •  To participate in major incidents to assist in restoring services regarding Skype for Business and A365 systems.
  •  To implement change requests according to internal processes and standards
  •  To liaise with service providers and 3rd party suppliers for any issues which may require their intervention
  •  To be compliant with internal security policies and processes
  •  To involve in product upgrades - roadmaps

Expectations, Experience & Knowledge

  •  Diploma in IT
  •  Experience with Skype for Business and A365 IVR systems
  •  Experience with Microsoft Teams
  •  Excellent English-written and spoken
  •  Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Proactive and motivated with an excellent attitude
  •  Ability to work well under pressure
  •  Out of the box thinker

 Desirable

  •  Degree in IT
  •  Multinational exposure & experience
  •  With 3-4 Years’ Experience in Telephony/IVR system
  •  Packaging Applications (App-V – MSIX – MSI – SCCM packages....)
  •  PowerShell scripting
