Your tasks

Supervision, development and motivation of the team
management and coaching of subordinate employees
Responsibility for efficient payroll processing (in whole or in part) for assigned customers
Competent response to all inquiries from employees of these customers
Management of team resources (ex: onboarding of new starters)
Supporting International sales
Preparation of evaluations
Forwarding of inquiries and system-related requirements to the specialist department

Your qualifications

At least 5 years of professional experience in payroll accounting
Willingness to work with international clients, willing to trade with other countries
Solution and customer-oriented approach to work
Profound knowledge of wage tax and social security law gained in professional practice
Leadership experience (project management or leading a team)
Ability to work in a team, sociability and initiative
Ability to manage escalations
Very organized and independent way of working
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Fluent English skills
