We are looking for an International Team Leader (m/f/d) Payroll

Your tasks

  • Supervision, development and motivation of the team
  • management and coaching of subordinate employees
  • Responsibility for efficient payroll processing (in whole or in part) for assigned customers
  • Competent response to all inquiries from employees of these customers
  • Management of team resources (ex: onboarding of new starters)
  • Supporting International sales 
  • Preparation of evaluations
  • Forwarding of inquiries and system-related requirements to the specialist department 


Your qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Willingness to work with international clients, willing to trade with other countries
  • Solution and customer-oriented approach to work
  • Profound knowledge of wage tax and social security law gained in professional practice
  • Leadership experience (project management or leading a team)
  • Ability to work in a team, sociability and initiative
  • Ability to manage escalations
  • Very organized and independent way of working
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent English skills
