Payroll Business Analyst / Functional Analyst (m/f/d)

For our R&D-Organization in Germany, we are looking for ambitious people across Germany who want to contribute their skills as Payroll Business Analyst / Functional Analyst (m/f/d) to realize our vision of future-proof products.

 

Your role
You as Payroll Business Analyst are part of an enthusiastic "new technologies" team and help us to build a new payroll software as a game changer in the German market. Based on our scalable cloud solution, it is your task to implement the wishes of our customers, the requirements of legal legislation and the needs of the market in our new solution.

 

Your tasks

Become a member of our team and take responsibility for the following tasks:

  • Work independently, but be also a strong team player to become a valuable member of a team that is committed to an agile way of working
  • Be up to date to the legal legislation according to payroll & HR – with pleasure also in a specialist field of it
  • Continuously review our payroll requirements and contribute your input to our team backlog
  • Be the owner of requirements in our prioritized backlog and roadmap
  • Setup and maintain payroll rules, validations, payments, benefits, events and processes within our highly configurable cloud solution
  • Ensure, that our services are well tested and documented
  • Be a reliable partner for all our stakeholders
  • As 3rd level support contact for our business, you are the final instance for problem solving

 

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with focus on business or technology – or an equivalent work experience
  • knowledge around payroll, taxes and social security – or in dealing with it in a payroll office
  • Strong analytical thinking and the talent to explain complicated things simply
  • Problem solving skills are part of your DNA
  • Your team is speaking English and German – be sure, you will understand it
  • and finally: The right mindset to deal with all the challenges of a new payroll software
