To act as co-ordinator in managing the various parts of a tender response for corporate bids, large new business and customer tenders, and act as a quality control for responses prepared by the salesperson themselves.

The job holder would be expected to acquire an excellent working knowledge of both the services we provide and the systems we utilise in providing those services; and how SD Worx sales process operates.

The job holder would be expected to attend internal bid meetings and prep days, and liaise with the sales force, sales support teams, and the wider business to ensure our responses and presentations reflect our services, culture, and latest developments in the best light.




  1. Direct the creation, improvement, and distribution of Core HR & Payroll Service tender proposals for both solicited and unsolicited RFIs, PQQs, RFPs, and ITT’s.
  2. Develop good working relationships and liaise with an extensive network of knowledge experts including Sales Teams, Commercial Services, Operational Delivery Management and Consultancy. Ensure each are engaged effectively and secure the necessary commitment from the teams to ensure timely, best practice completion of bids.
  3. Act as primary coordinator, collating responses from the business and populating answers in proposals that effectively and clearly position SD Worx solutions to meet the needs of clients & prospects.
  4. Facilitate all aspects of project management for proposals, from analysis, qualification and requirements documentation to solution definition, team and content provider identification, project planning, meeting facilitation, draft development, and final proposal production and delivery.
  5. Help develop the proposal writing processes ensuring there is a clean and precise system in place for all proposals.
  6. Manage several proposals simultaneously in a relatively high volume and often short turn around atmosphere.
  7. Help maintain our proposal database ensuring all material being used remains updated to the latest product versions. This content must be precise, thorough, and compliant with any legal standards internally or externally.
  8. Provide consistent status reports on proposals to the sale team and  ensure completion of updates on tender dashboard to ensure accurate reporting for Management.
  9. Commitment to ensuring final bids reflect best practice, latest offerings, comply with tender process, style and brand guidelines. Print, Bind and issue bid responses are per stated criteria / deadlines
  10. Maintain and contribute to commercial services database, to include review of completed bids, listing questions and answers on site under appropriate topic headings. Review feedback on successful and unsuccessful bids with commercial services.





  1. Extensive writing skills in English and at least one additional European language
  2. Relevant experience (minimum 3 years ) gained in bid production within a service environment
  3. A high degree of organisational skills and attention to detail
  4. A reasonable command of technical and contractual language 
  5. Ability to work to tight deadlines while still delivering quality work  
  6. Demonstrate the ability to work successfully within a team environment and have the ability to positively influence in other areas of the business
  7. Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate intelligently at all level
