We are looking for a salary administration specialist

A timely and correct salary payment is about the most important thing in an organisation. And a pay slip like that takes a lot of work. As a salary administration specialist, you know that better than anyone. Are you looking for a new challenge as a payroll administrator? Then you have come to the right place. Due to the enormous growth we are experiencing, we are actually constantly looking for new colleagues.

What will you be doing as a payroll administrator at SD Worx?

As a payroll administrator at SD Worx you provide services to a varied client portfolio. Your challenge is to process your clients' salaries punctually, every month. Of course we don't need to explain to you that this is not just numbers-in-Excel entry work. You process and check salary data in a handy HR & Payroll system, namely our own. You assess the incoming mutations for correctness and processability and you keep an eye on the applicable laws and regulations. You also advise clients on complex administrative and payroll-related questions concerning collective labour agreements, pension schemes and company-specific schemes. In this way, you provide just that little bit of extra service that makes you - like many of your colleagues - receive a thank-you note from a satisfied customer.

What does your team consist of?

You will soon be working in one of our payroll teams in Málaga. Each team has its own clients and you will manage your own client portfolio. You will report directly to your own team leader. In other words, you will have short lines of communication.

What do we ask?

You must have a minimum level of secondary education.
You are customer-oriented and can communicate well.
You have a few years' experience as a payroll administrator or in another financial administrative role
You are available for at least 32 hours
Are you in possession of the Practical Diploma Wage Administration? That is a big plus.
Being able to express yourself in business English (orally and in writing) is a plus.
You work accurately.

How does the application procedure work?

Step 1: Apply!
Send us your CV via the career website with a short motivation and you will hear from us as soon as possible.
Step 2: First interview
We organise an interview to get to know each other and to ask questions. We hope you have some difficult questions for us too.
Step 3: Second interview
After this first meeting, there are still more people who want to ask you all sorts of questions, your future manager for example. So we meet for another chat.
Step 4: Contract proposal
We make you an offer. Hopefully you will like it.
Step 5: In service
After you have signed your contract, we will make sure that a cosy workplace is ready for you on your first working day. Welcome!

What's in it for you:
•    Working in a dynamic, fast growing environment with nice colleagues
•    Nice customers with an international character
•    Various career-and training opportunities, also internationally,
•    Good salary (let’s talk) based on local standards
•    Flexibility in organizing your work
•    Opportunity for you to build a legacy with all means provided

For us, learning and innovating are like breathing, inspiring us to always go beyond.  We offer multiple trainings, projects… where you will learn from experts or in practice. From the start you will be engaged in your team, where we share knowledge, talents and celebrate our differences.

From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
