What are we looking for?
Your profile

  • You have already built up experience in recruitment and selection and are driven to develop your knowledge further.
  • You have good knowledge of recruitment communication channels (social media, job boards, etc.). 
  • You communicate fluently in English, French and Dutch.
  • You have the necessary maturity and assertiveness to act as a fully-fledged liaison officer for candidates and the business.
  • You are able to build up expertise with a focus on the customer, are curious and keen to follow trends and innovations, and develop and make this expertise available for customer solutions.
  • From service to the customer journey, you are able to assess the customer's situation, fundamental wishes and needs (also on an ad hoc basis if required) and add more value than the customer expects throughout the entire customer journey and across all channels.
  • You are able to work effectively (across teams, countries, languages, tools, etc.) with colleagues, customers and the network using your expertise, confidence and style.

What will your day look like?


Within the HR department, the business teams provide a flawless service to our line managers and employees. Our focus is on proactively attracting, developing and retaining talent, employability and engagement. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen the Operations team.
Your range of tasks will include the following

  • You will manage the overall talent acquisition process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing, recommendation) and negotiate competitive offers. 
  • You will be a Partner to hiring managers with a consultative approach and drive processes to move forward.
  • You will develop new and innovating sourcing pipelines; partner with other stakeholders like universities (recruitment events, job fairs) and peer companies to increase candidate flow.
  • Use social media sites to promote the SD Worx employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates.
  • Manage the overall candidate experience, coach hiring managers on the process and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices.
  • You will analyse our existing recruitment channels and work on future recruitment campaigns together with your fellow HR advisers.
  • You will provide a swift, high-quality and excellent service.
  • You will follow internal processes and procedures and optimise them where necessary. 
  • Together with our competence centers, you will evaluate the current operations, procedures, tools and systems on an ongoing basis and proactively advise colleagues.
